Hang outside to refresh first. It needs washing less often than you think.
If washing is needed: cold water, gentle cycle, alone.
No bleach. No tumble drying. (We mean it.)
Dry in the shade. Direct sunlight fades the colours.
Iron on the reverse side, slightly warm. Never directly on the print.
