In line with EU consumer rights, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back to us.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item should be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
Return shipping is at your own cost, unless the item arrived damaged or not as described — in that case, we cover it, and we're genuinely sorry for the trouble.
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
A note on handmade pieces: every Ghar piece is hand block printed or hand woven, so small variations in colour, print alignment, or texture are part of the process, not a flaw. They are the mark of a human hand, not a machine — please keep this in mind when your piece arrives looking a little different from the product photos.
